Belfast weather forecast for Thursday to be mainly dry

The Met Office has predicted a chilly start to Thursday, with a few blustery showers in coastal areas through the morning.

According to it's weather forecast, for November 19, it will otherwise be a dry day with some long sunny spells.

The forecaster added: "Although cloud increases from the west through the afternoon. Occasionally strong northwesterly winds easing. Maximum temperature 7 C."

Tonight, it's set to be a cloudy evening with outbreaks of mainly light rain, spreading east.

It will remain cloudy overnight with rain, "especially over western parts becoming more persistent and occasionally heavy".

There will be mainly light winds with a minimum temperature of 3 C.

For Friday, the forecaster predicts: "Mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain, heaviest and most persistent in morning. The rain becomes confined to the west in afternoon with brighter spells possible in east. Freshening southwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 13 C."

As we come into the weekend, the rain should soon clear south on Saturday morning, then expect sunshine and a few blustery showers through the weekend.

It's set to become cloudier on Monday with outbreaks of rain, most persistent and heaviest in the north and west.
