Belfast weather forecast for Monday predicts sunny and bright throughout the day

It is going to be another bright and sunny day across Belfast today as the good weather looks set to continue for the next few days.

The Met Office forecasters have given their predictions for Monday, June 28, saying that there will be a bit of cloud in the morning, which will soon clear into long spells of sunshine in the afternoon.

Temperatures will get to their hottest after midday reaching a maximum of 22 degrees.

The Met Office said: "Any early cloud and patchy rain or drizzle in north and west soon clearing to leave a fine and sunny day. Feeling warm, especially away from coasts, with light winds.

"(Tonight) After a dry and clear start to the evening, some low cloud will begin to push inland from the north coast. Chilly in places. Minimum temperature 6 °C."

The sunny weather is set to continue on Tuesday, June 29, which is due to be dry and bright throughout the day.

The Met Office said: "Mainly dry and sunny. However low cloud and patchy light rain may feed across northern coastal areas and penetrate inland bringing temperatures down. Maximum temperature 23 °C."
