Belfast weather forecast for Friday to turn dry and bright

The Met Office says it's a cloudy start to Friday, but a few brighter spells are possible.

According to it's weather forecast for November 6, there will be patchy rain on Friday morning, turning dry and sunny from midday.

Although it's a dull overcast start, the sunny spells will gradually spread from the south mid to late morning, leaving a dry and sunny afternoon, with light winds.

It will be a maximum temperature of 12 C.

The forecaster said it will be a dry and clear night on Friday, allowing temperatures to "dip away, combining with the light winds to bring a risk of mist and fog patches towards dawn inland".

It's set to be a chilly night as the weekend begins, with a predicted minimum temperature of 1 C.

Saturday should be a dry and sunny day for the duration with some light winds.

The forecaster said: "However some early mistiness which may be slow to burn off, also showery rain spreading from south during the evening. Maximum temperature 10 C."

From Sunday to Tuesday, winds are to turn to the south.

The Met Office added: "A rather cloudy and occasionally showery southerly flow looks set to dominate the outlook period."
