Belfast weather: A mix of sunshine and rain throughout the day

It may feel like Belfast gets all four seasons today with a mix of sunshine and rain throughout the day.

The Met Officer forecasters have given their predictions for Tuesday, April 27, saying that it will be a bright start to the day with there being a chance of rain in the morning. It will then brighten up again before further rainy spells in the evening.

The maximum temperature will be 13 degrees, but it is likely to feel three or four degrees colder in places than it really is.

The sun will rise at 5.55am and set at 8.49pm.

The Met Office said: "A mixture of bright or sunny intervals and occasional showers, with a few on the heavy side across the south and west. Freshening northeasterly winds across the north, strong along the Antrim coast bringing a cold feel later.

"(Tonight)Rather cloudy with some showers this evening especially across South Down and Armagh, then becoming dry and mainly clear overnight. Moderate to fresh northeast breeze."

Tomorrow is to be another sunny start to the day before cloud sets in and there is the chance of rain later in the day.

The Met Office said: "A sunny start then cloud increasing to bring a few showers, though many areas will stay dry. Maximum temperature 11 °C."
