Belfast's six best independent coffee shops offering takeout during lockdown

During lockdown, it's difficult not to miss the days when visiting a local coffee shop was just another part of our daily routine.

Sitting with a mug of something warm while chatting with friends will seem like a distant memory for many.

But enjoying even a basic socially-distanced cappuccino is still possible if you look in the right places.

There are plenty of coffee shops across the city offering takeaway services to give you that caffeine fix.

We have made a list of some of our favourite independent cafés and coffee shops in Belfast to tide you over until lockdown ends

Kaffe O

The Lamppost Café

Established Coffee

Nestled in the heart of the iconic Cathedral Quarter, Established Coffee is known for its expertly selected beverages.

Coffee comes all the way from destinations as varied as Indonesia and El Salvador.

A well-known spot for the busy people passing coming and going in Belfast, their takeout menu is continuing to fuel the city centre during these uncertain times.
