As part of this year's Pride celebrations, The Rainbow Project is taking over Park Run.
The 5k running event is free, but participants need to register in advance.
The Rainbow Project is taking the reins at the Colin Glen Park run on July 27, and participants can walk or run.
Dogs on a lead and kids are welcome, too.
You need to register to track your runs, and The Rainbow Project would love people going along to consider some fundraising ahead of the event.
Remember to select 'The Rainbow Project takeover parkrun' as the event.

Pride 2019 runs from July 26 until August 4, with the main Pride Day taking place on Saturday August 3.
