Belfast gym holding 12-hour Train-Athon to raise money for NI Hospice

A Belfast gym is preparing to embark on a 12-hour Train-Athon to raise money for charity - and they want you to join in.

Hybrid Fitness is running the sweat-busting session on Friday from 6am to 6pm.

The aim is to get people moving and raise as much money as possible for the Northern Ireland Hospice.

A range of online classes will be on offer throughout the day, from kettlebells to bodyweight, mobility and boxercise.

"In a time of great uncertainty there has never been a better time to stand up an support your local and front line medical services," explained Paddy Black of Hybrid Fitness.

"Without their tireless work a lot of our infants, children and adults with life threatening illnesses could not receive the care they so desperately need.

"So we encourage you to join us for our 12 Hour Train-Athon to help raise money for the NI Hospice.

"We have multiple different 30-minute sessions back-to-back for 12 hours.

"Get on your feet, get on your training attire and let’s help."

Included in the classes are Kettlebell Conditioning, Abs and Bums, Stretch and Mobilise, Bootcamp, Bodyweight, Conditioning, Upper Body Pump and a HELL Circuit which will round off the day at 6pm.

There will also be a Boxercise session taken by Belfast professional boxer Sean McComb.

Over £1,000 has already been raised for the NI Hospice through the Train-Athon.

Anyone looking to book a slot can do so HERE, while a JustGiving page has been set up for people to donate.
