Two student nurses have been praised for their quick actions after a passenger took ill on a Glider.
The incident happened on the Translink service on Thursday evening during rush hour.
Archaeologist Robert Chapple told Belfast Live: "I was coming home on the Glider the other evening.
"I was sitting about half way down when someone made their way towards the driver and asked those nearer to alert the driver that someone was sick.
Translink bus worker praised for 'kindness' towards elderly woman
"We pulled in at the next stop which was Avoniel and I heard someone say that an ambulance had already been called and was on its way."
It was then that the health workers made themselves known.
Robert added: "A young woman asked, 'Does anyone here have First Aid experience?' and someone nearby, also a young woman, said, 'I'm a student nurse'.
"The first person said: "Me too" and with that they both headed down the Glider.
Belfast Transport Hub flyover video released
"We're so frequently bombarded with negative stories about young people and this was a very clear demonstration of two young women who clearly do not fit such narratives.
"They were ready and willing to go the aid of a stranger at a moment's notice, when the best that some older folks like me could do was keep out of their way and let them work.
"I've no idea who they are, but that talent and dedication can only be celebrated."
