Belfast City Airport: New service to Palma de Mallorca announced

A new weekly service from Belfast City Airport to Palma de Mallorca has been announced.

Fully financially protected package holidays will take off from June 18, 2022.

They will operate on a British Airways Embraer 190 aircraft, seating 98 and will depart each Saturday until August 13, 2022.

Belfast City Airport Aviation Development Managerm Ellie McGimpseym said: "As a holiday favourite, Palma de Mallorca is a popular destination for friends, families, and couples.

"The introduction of this JetsGo Holiday service to Palma will provide customers in Northern Ireland with additional choice and value when planning for summer 2022."

JetsGo Holidays managing director Daniel Reilly added: "Many people have had to forgo their summer holidays over the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic but now, with the removal of the traffic light system for travel from Northern Ireland, demand for a sunshine holiday has increased.

"The ease and hassle-free nature of a JetsGo package will be exactly what holidaymakers are looking for."
