Belfast bus stop attack leaves man injured

A man has been injured after he was attacked by several men at a Belfast bus stop.

Police are urging witnesses to the attack which happened on Friday night, September 13 between 9 and 10pm to come forward with information.

A PSNI East Belfast spokesperson posted on Facebook: "The incident happened at the bust stop at the junction of the Beersbridge Road and Castlereagh Road in Belfast.

"A male was attacked by several other males and injured before having a number of items stolen.

"If anyone has any information please call 101 and quote the serial 2179-130919."
