Witnesses called to give evidence in court can now see a step-by-step guide before they go.
Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has released a video giving a witness eye view to the court process.
Bristol Crown Court staff launched the film (July 18) in the cinema room of the Horts pub in Broad Street.
The six-minute guide was made cost-free, with a judge, barristers, court staff and volunteers from the Witness Service and Citizens Advice enacting the court process for illustration purposes.
It gives an insight on the experience of being a witness, from entering the building in Small Street to being assisted by independent volunteers in the witness suite and ultimately giving evidence before a judge and jury.

Sue Mountstevens, Avon and Somerset Police and Crime Commissioner, attended the launch and praised the video for giving witnesses a grasp of the process.
She said: "Knowing what to expect, I think, will be of huge help.
"Firstly, more victims might come to court.
"Also, it gives them the opportunity to concentrate more on what is really important; the evidence they are giving, not the fact they are scared to go through the door of the court."
Helen Wright, Witness Suite Outreach team leader, said the video was a "vital piece in the jigsaw" in giving people a picture of how court works.
She said vulnerable witnesses can also be offered pre-trial court visits, support at trial and a post-trial visit to draw the experience to a close.
