Beeston man charged with assault after incident on Leeds city centre bus

Detectives have arrested and charged a man after an assault on a bus in Leeds city centre.

Aaron James Knowles, aged 25, is charged with Section 47 assault occasioning actual bodily harm. It relates to an incident on a bus in Wellington Road on Wednesday, September 18.

Knowles appeared at Leeds Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 9 and was remanded in custody pending a further hearing.
