When you see hairs popping up in areas that you certainly don't want them in, it can be all too tempting to reach for the tweezers and give the desired area a good plucking - but this can do far more harm than good.
Of course, there are certain areas that are green lights when it comes to plucking such as eyebrows, but there are other body parts you certainly shouldn't whip the tweezers out for, despite how tempting it may be.
CEO of Rubis Tweezers, Fides Baldesberger, told the Sun that hairs on noses, moles, ingrown hairs, nipples, armpits, bikini areas, and pimples should not be tweezed.

She said nose hair needs to be avoided as it is there to prevent infection and bacteria - so removing it can cause issues. The same applies to hair on moles, and she explained removing hair from these areas can cause 'inflammation and infection'.
Importantly, if you've got an irritating ingrown hair, the best thing to do is not to pluck it. Fides recommends dealing with ingrown hairs with 'steam, hot baths, scrubs, and exfoliation' which will tease out the hair until the end finally comes through the skin.
When it comes to nipples, underarms, and your bikini line, Fides also said it's best to steer clear of your tweezers.
She said: "The skin is incredibly sensitive in these areas and can easily become irritated or scarred.
"Tweezing sensitive skin can also be painful and not worth the hairless feeling."
Also, if you want to pluck around pimples, Fedes encourages you to think again, as it can cause infections and scarring.
But, if you're still wanting to pluck other areas on your body, your chin, upper lip, eyebrows, toes, and knuckles are all okay as long as you take your time and ensure the hair is taken out properly from the root.
