A "beautiful, kind and caring" woman who died after falling from a bridge over the M62 motorway yesterday has been named.
Tributes have been paid to 23-year-old Jessica Duckworth, who died shortly after police were called to the scene at the Scammonden bridge in the early hours of Sunday.
Jessica was from Padiham, near Burnley, is thought to have worked in the NHS, reported the Huddersfield Examiner .
Friends have taken to social media to pay tribute to her.
One wrote on Facebook: "I’m stuck for words. Everybody is heartbroken including myself. Jessica was beautiful inside and out and always carried a huge smile with her.
"Rest in peace you beautiful girl. Please, if anyone else is struggling, speak to somebody."
Another said: "Absolutely devastated and heartbroken to be writing this but we have lost an angel that was too perfect for this earth, Jessica Duckworth.
"Thank you for the years of memories laughter and friendship."
While another friend wrote: "Can’t believe the news that the world has lost someone as bright was you.

"You lit up every room you walked in and made everybody laugh and I learnt that in just a few hours.
"You will be such a huge loss to the lives of your family and friends."
And a male friend added: "In total shock. Rest in peace beautiful Jessica Duckworth. It was always a laugh with you around. Taken too soon."
While a woman said: "What a beautiful, hilarious young woman. Only met you a couple of times but you made such a huge impression on me. What a lovely girl."
The motorway was closed for around seven hours on Sunday morning following the incident which happened at about 1am.
Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward. Anyone with information is asked to call West Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting WYP-20190615-1931.
