If you've spent lockdown dreaming of where you can travel to in the future - you might want to look at this bargain.
A village called Cinquefrondi, in the southern region of Calabria, Italy, is offering homes for just €1 - that's about 90p.
The town's mayor Michele Conia calls it "operation beauty" and is hoping the low prices will bring tourism to the area.
Conia told CNN: "Finding new owners for the many abandoned houses we have is a key part of the Operation Beauty [mission] that I have launched to recover degraded, lost parts of town.

"I grew up in Germany where my parents had migrated, then I came back to save my land.
"Too many people have fled from here over the decades, leaving behind empty houses. We can't succumb to resignation."
Cinquefrondi is located in an idea location for prospective holidaymakers.
Conia said: "We rise between the refreshing hills and two warm seas, a pristine river runs nearby and the beaches are just 15 minutes away by car."
However, it's not a case of paying a euro and moving into the house.
The idea is you renovate the home paying a €250 (£224) insurance policy annually.
And the mayor estimates renovation will only cost between €10,000 and €20,000 for each house.
Twelve properties are on offer at the moment, with a potential 50 more to be made available.
