If you've always wanted to live on a stunning Greek island, this could be your chance.
The small island of Antikythera, situated between Crete and Kythira, only has 24 permanent residents, which increases to 40 during the summer.
Most of the population is aged over 50 and there are very few children.
Now, officials have started a "re-population project" and are looking for families with more than three children to move there.
Under the scheme, set up by the Metropolitan Bishop of Kythera and Monemvasia and the local council, the authorities will provide each family with a monthly stipend of €500 (£450).
Speaking to the Greek website iefimerida, Andreas Harhalakis, president of the council, said it is actively looking for people who are willing to work as fishermen, stock-farmers, builders or bakers.
He said that when he was going to school, four decades ago, about 300 people lived on the island but the population had since dwindled.
He added: "We are looking for many families to 'revive' our island.
"The specialties of the people we seek are bakers, builders and fishermen. These people could secure a decent payday in Antikythera."
Antikythera has just one small provisions shop, with basic food and vegetables. However, it does have electricity and internet connection.
