'Beautiful, can't wait to have him back' - These Arsenal fans love what Hector Bellerin has done

Hector Bellerin is on the comeback trail.

The full-back made his first team return as a late substitute during the Carabao Cup thrashing of Nottingham Forest on Tuesday night.

The Spaniard had been out of action since January with a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament injury and the next stage in his recovery will be a Premier League return.

Many Gunners supporters will have been holding out a slim hope that the 24-year-old might be available for th clash with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Monday night.

But that is unlikely to be possible, with Bellerin playing the full 90 minutes for Arsenal's U23s on Saturday.

And what Bellerin did during the match against Liverpool's U23s at Boreham Wood got everyone talking.

Liveprool took a 2-0 lead in the first half, but the young Gunners fought back in the second period, with goals from Nathan Tormey and Folarin Balogun securing a share of the spoils for Steve Bould's side.

Balogun's equaliser came courtesy of a Bellerin assist, with the full-back flicking a backhell over his and a defender's head before getting a cross into the box for Balogun to score.

It was a lovely bit of skill and one that Arsenal supporters will be hoping to see upon his return to the first team in the next few weeks.
