What Nottingham Forest fans are saying after transfer of Miguel Angel Guerrero is announced

Nottingham Forest have announced the signing of Miguel Angel Guerrero from Olympiacos as Sabri Lamouchi continues his Reds rebuild.

The 30-year-old Spaniard spent last season on-loan at CD Leganes with a single goal in 13 appearances.

He has experience of playing in the Champions League and will add much-needed competition for places in the Forest forward line.

Guerrero will add to Lewis Grabban, Taylor and Nuno Da Costa as Lamouchi’s attacking options, with the Frenchman having identified up front as an area requiring further strengthening.

Guerrero has been with fellow Evangelos Marinakis-owned side Olympiacos for the past two years, having previously been playing in his homeland for Albacete, Sporting Gijon and Leganes.

Here's what you had to say when the news was announced:

Jordan Hooley : Know nothing about him and he’ll probably get moaned at before he kicks a ball ... but welcome the 2020/21 champions

Jonathan Hill: Looks like a beast and can’t be worse than Mir, so im happy! We didn’t have a plan B last year, but we might just have signed one...

Diakhaby Party: Welcome, it’s promising that we have more than one striking option this season

Luke Webster: Just need to start creating the chances for those strikers to put away

Mark Bradley: Not messing around sorting out the lack of fire power. A burden off Grabs backed up with our wide men and midfielders.

Josh Orange: Last season, if Lolley or Grabban didn't score, it was highly likely nonone else would. So hoping this season is different.

Joseph Pickard: If he is as big a nightmare to play against like he was against us in that friendly, we've got a belting signing here

FLP Forest: We have rotation options now, love it! keeps Grabban and Taylor on their toes!
