The Chicago Bears have released their inactives against the Detroit Lions, and there’s one surprise healthy scratch.
Tight end Adam Shaheen has been declared a healthy scratch against the Lions. Shaheen has seen just 34.3 percent of offensive snaps this season. The former second-round pick has just nine receptions for 74 yards this season.
Linebacker Isaiah Irving, who missed last week’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a quad injury, is inactive for the second straight game.
Nose tackle Eddie Goldman, who was questionable, is officially active.
Over on the Lions side, quarterback Matthew Stafford is officially inactive after reports of being ruled out earlier this morning. Backup Jeff Driskel will start in the place of the injured Stafford.
