The Bears ruled out six players — including starting tight end Ben Braunecker, starting right tackle Bobby Massie and receiver Taylor Gabriel — one day in advance of their Thanksgiving game against the Lions.

None of the six practiced during the week.

Braunecker and Gabriel each suffered concussions during the Bears’ win against the Giants on Sunday, while Massie hurt his right ankle.

The team also said Wednesday that tight end Adam Shaheen (foot), cornerback Sherrick McManis (groin) and inside linebacker Danny Trevathan (elbow) would be inactive Thursday.

Of the six, only Trevathan — who hurt his left elbow against the Lions at Soldier Field — was in the Bears’ traveling party to Detroit.
