Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky practiced in full Friday for the third-straight time this week and is not on the team’s injury report for Sunday.
That means he will start against the Giants, seven days after suffering a right hip pointer that prompted coach Matt Nagy to remove him from the final three minutes of the Rams game.
Trubisky said he felt much better by Wednesday, and coach Matt Nagy has said the Bears think it’s important for him to play, as long as he’s healthy.
Nagy was pleased that Trubisky was able to practice all week.
“When he’s in that much pain at the end of the game, you never really know what’s going to happen the next couple days,” he said.
Right tackle Bobby Massie, who hurt his back against the Rams, practiced in full all week and will play.
The Bears ruled out linebacker Danny Trevathan, who hurt his elbow two weeks ago, and tight end Adam Shaheen, who has a foot injury. Outside linebacker Isaiah Irving, who has a quad injury, is questionable.
