LOS ANGELES — Despite missing practice Friday for the first time all season, Bears star outside linebacker Khalil Mack will play Monday night against the Rams.
Mack sat out Friday — and was limited Saturday — with a sore back. At the time, Nagy described Mack’s back as “stiff” and said “there’s not much concern” about his game status. Notably, the Bears practiced indoors — and on artificial turf, which is less forgiving — that day.

Slot cornerback Buster Skrine, who missed two days of practice and was limited on a third because of an ankle injury suffered against the Panthers, will play, too. That’s notable, given the Rams’ propensity to play with three receivers.
The Bears entered Monday’s game with five questionable players. Three were starters: Mack, Skrine and left guard Rashaad Coward (finger). Safety Deon Bush (hamstring) and swing tackle Jason Spriggs (thumb/back) were also on the list. All of them are active Monday.
Special teams standout Sherrick McManis was ruled out Saturday with a hamstring problem. Joining him on the inactive list was offensive lineman Arlington Hambright, running back Artavis Pierce, receiver Riley Ridley and outside linebacker Trevis Gipson.
The Rams, meanwhile, were the rare team to post a healthier injury report than the Bears. Tight end Tyler Higbee (hand) was the only player called questionable. He was ruled out Monday — as was former Bears kicker Kai Forbath, whom the Rams signed last week.
