Just as quickly as defensive lineman Akiem Hicks made his return to the Chicago Bears lineup, his status is in doubt.
Hicks is questionable to return against the Raiders with an elbow injury.
Hicks sustained the injury on the first drive of the game when his left elbow was pinned between Khalil Mack’s helmet and Josh Jacobs’ pads.
Hicks had just returned to the starting line-up after missing his first start as a Bear last week against the Minnesota Vikings. He suffered a right knee injury in Week 3 against the Washington Redskins.
Hicks went to the Bears’ blue injury tent, where he was examined by trainers, before being taken to the locker room.
The Bears and Raiders are scoreless after the first quarter.
