Bears’ Akiem Hicks, Prince Amukamara questionable for Chiefs game

The Bears listed defensive lineman Akiem Hicks and cornerback Prince Amukamara as questionable for Sunday night’s game against the Chiefs.

Both veterans were limited by injuries against the Packers but had fairly normal weeks. Hicks, who came back from a dislocated elbow last week, has practiced in full all three days. Amukamara was limited Thursday and Friday.

Head coach Matt Nagy, though, said he expected Hicks to play.

The Bears have little motivation to play Hicks, given that they were eliminated from the playoffs a week ago. Hicks said earlier this week that he wanted to play, though, and Nagy said the Bears were operated as though he would.

The Bears also ruled out receiver Taylor Gabriel (concussion) and right tackle Bobby Massie (ankle), who haven’t practiced in weeks.
