Bearded men with long hair are being sought to cast as Viking extras by a filming crew.
Bristol has no shortage of men with long hair and beards thanks to its hipster reputation.
So it might be fertile ground for a casting company who is looking for hairy men to play Vikings for a new film shoot.
Agency Take 1 Casting are on the look out for anyone who might pass as a Scandanavian warrior for an upcoming production.
The south west based agency has made no mention of the film or series successful applicants might feature in.
But the firm has helped fill roles in some classic TV shows in the past including Poldark, Doc Martin, Broadchurch, About Time and Delicious.
The advert on Facebook said: "Looking for men with long hair and beards with a Viking look in Cornwall must be available for costume fitting one day out of 18th to 20th September and 23rd to 27th September for filming.
"Please email debbie@take1casting.co.uk with your headshot and measurements. Height, collar, chest, waist, inside leg, head and shoe."
As Cornwall Live reported, the firm's website says: "We have a database of over 500 experienced artistes covering all of the South West including Cornwall, Devon and Dorset.
"All of your casting requirements can be covered including actors, supporting actors and children. Also make-up artists, costume assistants, crowd co-ordinators and licensed child chaperones.
"We are also able to run open casting sessions and can organise child performance licences. A representative can be on hand throughout your filming schedule. Take 1 Casting looks forward to providing you with the right people on your next production.
