Beaming Anna Geary marries Kevin Sexton in stunning Cork wedding

Beaming Anna Geary has married Kevin Sexton in a stunning Cork wedding.

The couple said “I do” in front of close family and friends at her local church before moving on to the 5* Castlemartyr Resort for the evening reception yesterday.

Her father walked her down the aisle, and Anna admitted that was the part of the big day she was most nervous about.

RSVP Live reports that the bride showed off her bespoke dress designed by Paula King from Tamem Michael while posing outside the church with bridesmaids Joanne, Joanna and Claire.

While Kev looked dapper in a three piece suit to complement her stunning look.

Anna said of her dress: “I was nervous because I had no idea what it was going to look like, but Paula made me feel instantly at ease.

“The dress is the creation of Paula King in Tamem Michael and the family’s blood, sweat and tears went into making the dress.

"I liked the idea that they were making the dresses right next door to the showroom and the connection you make with the person during all the fittings is amazing.”

Anna was joined by a number of high profile names for the wedding in her home county including her former Dancing With The Stars co-star Maia Dunphy, Ireland’s Fittest Family presenter Mairead Ronan and a number of GAA players. 2014 Texas Rose, Cyndi Crowell, also flew into Ireland for the special occasion.

Ahead of the wedding, the RTE favourite admitted that the wedding guest list was the only thing that they haven’t agreed on.

Anna told RSVP Magazine: “We would be like, ‘I don’t want to cut somebody, you cut somebody from your list.’ Both of us have massive families and you are trying to think of your friends and plus ones as well.

“There are so many potential pitfalls when it comes to it and there is always going to be someone you offend and it will be the person you least expect.

"The person you’re nervous about won’t bat an eyelid and if people are going to get that upset about it they shouldn’t be there in the first place anyways.”
