Spending a sunny day at the beach is all fun and games until it's time to head home.
The moment your feet touch the pavement you're desperately trying to rid your body of sand, but you still end up finding it in all the strangest of places for weeks on end.
But not anymore, as a mum has revealed the one essential item you should always keep in your bag when heading to the beach to stop the stubborn sand from sticking.
Taking to TikTok, "modern mumma" Steph Scheff explained how to easily remove sand from your skin with talcum powder - and everyone is blown away.
In the clip she captioned "How to easily remove stubborn sand from skin", she demonstrated why you should always take the baby product with you when you're heading out to the beach.
Speaking in the clip she says: "Mummy hack, always have baby powder in the car for beach trips."
She then sprinkled the powder all over her little one's sand-covered foot, and revealed how quickly the sand falls free.
Steff added: "You don't want this coming in you car so sprinkle it on the area that has the sand and it comes right off."
And she also suggested keeping a travel-sized bottle in your car in preparation for impromptu day trips.
Since being posted it has been viewed over 260,000 times, received over 25,000 likes and hundreds of comments from people thanking her for the simple hack.
