BHUBANESWAR: To make the application for and allotment of the commercial and residential properties of the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) hassle-free, the process will soon be made online.
The BDA officials said whoever is allotted land has to create a Unique Account Number in the portal www.bda.gov.in. The BDA will then call the system property allotment management officials. The post-allotment service includes the execution of lease deeds.
This process will be automated to save time and ensure transparency. Other services such as transfer of property, NOC for bank loasn will also be made online, BDA vice-chairman Sanjay Kumar Singh said.
