Storm Dennis brought torrential rain and wild winds to Britain over the weekend, but it has provided some laughs too.
BBC Weather viewers couldn't believe what they were seeing when they caught up with the forecasts on Saturday, as Liverpool Echo observed.
Those tuned in on Saturday were being shown a map of Wales and how it would be affected by the storm. Standard stuff, really, but it was the shape of the storm's weather pattern which raised a few eyebrows.
Many couldn't resist reacting on social media.
A lot of the posts are a bit too risqué to print, but they included references to Wales getting 'shafted' by the weather again, jokes about it p****** it down and references to a 'stiff breeze'.
Ed Foster posted: "Good luck to those affected by Storm Dennis. Especially those in Wales where the weather pattern looks particularly worrying."
Dr Niaz Chowdhury posted on Twitter: "Can anyone tell me who designs this affected area of Wales by Storm Dennis on BBC Weather today? #StormDennis#BBC#BBCWeather#whodunnit#funny".
In the North East, Storm Dennis led to heavy rain and gales, causing river levels to rise on Saturday. Wind warnings remain in place until Monday, but Sunday's forecast predicts the rain to ease off throughout much of the day.
