After a mostly dry and bright Wednesday, the clouds over Glasgow are set to darken - with a possibility of rain.
Thursday will continue to be relatively mild as the city prepares for the plummeting temperatures expected towards the end of the week.
Mercury will remain steady at 13 degrees Celsius for much of the day, before dropping slightly to 12C at around 6pm - where it will likely remain overnight.

BBC Weather states that Glasgow will "will remain largely cloudy" but that "drizzly outbreaks of rain are possible at times".
According to the weather service, "a fresh westerly wind" will also be felt in the city for much of the day.
Patches of light rain are most likely to occur between 2pm and 4pm, where the chance of precipitation peaks at 21%.
After this, the likelihood of rainfall will drop for much of the remainder of Thursday, before rising again at around 2am.
Wet conditions are set to continue into Friday morning and beyond, though temperatures may become even milder.
