BBC The Traitors star Amanda says viewers have 'seen nothing yet' ahead of next episode

BBC viewers are absolutely hooked on the channel's new nail-biting show The Traitors. Presented by Claudia Winkleman, the programme sees 22 strangers play a game of trust and treachery at a castle in the Scottish Highlands.

The team works together to take on missions and add to the prize pot, however, there's a huge twist as amongst them are the traitors, who have been handpicked by Claudia to deceive their fellow players and "murder" one of them every night.

The others are called the faifthfuls and their job is to work out who the traitors are and banish them before they become their next victims. In the latest episode of the series, which aired on Thursday, December 8, the faithfuls correctly banished Alyssa.

The 22-year-old was the first traitor to be caught and was only voted out after her fellow teammates, Amanda and Wilfred, turned on her in shocking scenes. You can read more on this here.

As Amanda, who is an estate agent from Swansea, and Wilfred reconvened after the banishment, Amanda had a warning for her co-star. She told Wilfred: "What is on the flag of Wales? A dragon. You throw me under the bus and that is what I will be." Viewers called the moment "iconic" as they reveled in the drama. You can read more about their reactions here.

However, despite the drama, Amanda has teased that viewers have "seen nothing yet" in a new Instagram post ahead of this week's episodes. The Traitors usually airs three days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights on BBC One and iPlayer, but has had a shake-up this week.

Speaking ahead of the instalment that airs on Tuesday, December 13, Amanda told her followers: "Traitors Time. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Look out you've seen nothing yet."

She also addressed the change on her Instagram story, telling followers: "Hi guys, it's Amanda here from The Traitors. Thank you very much for all for your support, I can just feel the love surrounding me, thank you guys.

"Keep on watching, we are on this week Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and see what's to come."

Fans quickly flooded the comment section with one writing: "You're an icon and making Wales proud hope to god your the last person standing and win all the money." While another added: "You are FABULOUS Amanda. They don’t suspect you at all." For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
