BBC The Apprentice final, time, who won last year and who are the 2019 finalists?

The Apprentice final is here as contestants face the last battle to win a £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar.

Recruitment company owner Scarlett Allen-Horton and artisan bakery boss Carina Lepore have been chosen from 16 entrepreneurs in a bid to become Lord Sugar's business partner.

On tonight's show, the women go head-to-head, whilst the candidates fired earlier in the series return to help the contestants bring their business plans to life.

What time is The Apprentice final on?

The Apprentice: Why I Fired Them is on at 8pm where Lord Sugar looks back on the tasks from this year's series.

The final Apprentice where one contestant is crowned a winner is on at 9pm.

What channel is it on?

Both shows are on BBC1.

Who are the 2019 finalists?

Scarlett Allen-Horton

Having had a successful career in recruitment, Scarlett has launched her own business recruiting senior employees.

The 32-year-old aims to "promote female, minority and diverse talent through the ranks".

Carina Lepore

The 30-year-old is an artisan bakery owner and plans to use Lord Sugar's money to scale up her business.

Speaking on last week's show, Carina said she's aiming to become the next big chain bakery, competing with the likes of Greggs.

Who won The Apprentice last year?

Swimwear designer Sian Gabbidon won The Apprentice 2018.

Sian, from Leeds, beat nut milk entrepreneur Camilla Ainsworth, 23, to win a £250,000 investment in her swimwear company.

It was Lord Sugar's first investment in a fashion business on the show.
