The BBC Strictly Come Dancing 2022 line-up has been announced but who the celebrities will be taking to the dance floor with is still under wraps. However, Countryfile's Helen Skelton may have accidentally let slip who she'll be partnered with, according to one report.

Helen became the 15th star to be announced. She completed this year celebrity line-up and will compete against fellow celebs including Will Mellor, Ellie Simmonds, Tony Adams and Kym Marsh.

According to Birmingham Live, Helen decided to follow Neil Jones over the weekend. And the pro dancer swiftly followed her back, sparking speculation they have been put together.

It would seem that Neil is the only dancer Helen is following from the show, which is due to return to our screens in September.

The presenter, who shot to fame after appearing on the likes of Newsround and Blue Peter, said she was excited to join the popular dancing competition. Helen said: "I'm really excited to get stuck into a fun adventure. My family and friends have always loved the show and can't wait for me to get started."

On Winkleman's BBC Radio 2 show, she revealed she only agreed to do the show recently but said she was keen to sign up after competing in the Christmas special in 2012. She added: "Who gets to go to work and made to look a bit like Beyonce and have a fun time? Skelton also admitted that she does have some dance background as she once competed in the Ken Dodd tap dancing awards.
