BBC Strictly Come Dancing Kai Widdrington spotted with Nadiya Bychkova after fiancé split

Strictly Come Dancing ’s Nadiya Bychkova was spotted with fellow pro dancer Kai Widdrington outside a hotel after her split from her footballer fiancé.

The 32-year-old was seen with Kai, 26, after enjoying a walk along the canal ahead of their performance on the Strictly Come Dancing live tour in Birmingham.

The duo tried to go incognito by disguising themselves with face masks and baseball caps worn low over their faces, but they were spotted on an escalator alongside fellow Strictly pro, Aljaz Skorjanec, the Mirror reports.

Nadiya split earlier this month from her fiancé Matija Skarabot, who is father to her five-year-old daughter.

The Slovenian footballer and the professional dancer have been trying to deal with the pressures of a long-distance relationship, but they reportedly called time on their relationship several months ago.

Nadiya was partnered with Dan Walker in last year’s Strictly, while Kai fuelled speculation he was involved with his dance partner, TV presenter AJ Odudu.

Viewers noted that the duo had incredible chemistry during their performances - which was also spotted by the judges - but despite their spark, Kai and AJ remained good friends.

However, the professional dancer was reportedly comforting Nadiya behind-the-scenes of the BBC One show, while the Ukrainian-Slovenian star was also confiding in BBC Breakfast host Dan about her relationship.
