BBC Scotland documentary wants to share your memories of Glasgow Central Station

Have you got any fond memories of Central Station? Now is your chance to share them on TV.

Observational BBC Scotland documentary Inside Central Station is beginning its second series – providing viewers with insights from behind the scenes at Scotland’s busiest train station, home of the biggest suburban network outside London.

Travellers are now being urged to share their personal connection with Scotland's busiest station – whether they travel by train for work or leisure or have fascinating stories from the Grand Central Hotel.

Any of you brave souls just fancy being filmed on  your everyday commute? STV, who is producing the show, want to hear from you.

Railway historian for Glasgow Central, Paul Lyons, who is among the staff that feature in the new BBC documentary series about the station (Media Scotland)

In this second series, viewers will have the opportunity to follow up with the team who featured in the first series and who ensure trains run on time, keep passengers safe and cargo secure.

The series will also include archive footage to tell tales of the social history of Scotland as seen through the station.
