Who would have thought that one 56-year-old white van man from Bracknell might pose a threat to the "reputation and goodwill" of the BBC. DIY tradesman Terry Jacobs has got on the wrong side of the corporation's lawyers, reports the Mail, receiving a letter ordering him to change the name of his business or face legal action. His company – Tel's DIY SOS – has ruffled the feathers of programme makers behind renovation show DIY SOS. Jacobs, who has been running his firm for seven years, might consider a rebrand: Tel'll Fix It perhaps?
