As a standup comic of some years' … standing, Tim Vine – brother of Jeremy, as if you didn't already know – has probably brought the house down before. But never, perhaps, so literally as he did with this appearance on the BBC News channel. He was invited on after winning funniest joke of the fringe at this year's festival. Vine was more interested in exposing the two-dimensional backdrop of the Edinburgh skyline behind him.
