BBC Radio 1 doubles down on Leeds United praise as second chant features on Greg James' show

Following on from BBC Radio 1's Greg James finding out about Leeds United fans' Brenden Aaronson chant, the presenter has found another of the Whites fans' chants that he loves.

Earlier this week, James played the new Aaronson chant which is to the tune of Kanye West and Estelle's track 'American Boy' as the chant went viral across social media. However, this week, £21 million signing Luis Sinisterra was given the limelight after James found a new chant from Whites fans to enjoy.

James told Radio 1 listeners: "This week, we've been listening to a new chant from a bunch of Leeds fans," before playing the Aaronson chant.

"Well there's a new one about Colombian signing Luis Sinisterra," James continued. "Now this one is to the tune of Shakira's 'Waka Waka'," after which he played both Waka Waka and the new Sinisterra chant.

"Now that's good, it's as joyful as the Estelle-Kanye West one, but it's not quite as together. It's a more complicated song, there's the Shakira bit where no one really knows what she's singing so they just go 'Na na na na na, na na na na na' but yeah, still good."
