One of the winners of the BBC show Race Across the World is taking on a new challenge - racing across Manchester in a 10k.
Emon Choudhury won the show last year - and has now assembled a team of 40 runners for the Manchester 10k on September 26.
The team is made up of other contestants from Race Across the World, including Manchester's Jo Gardiner, who took part in the show with her son, Sam, as well as fans of the hit series.

Emon, who was born in Gatley and now lives in Bradford, is completing the run as part of a series of challenges to raise £100,000 to build a school from scratch in Nepal.
He is building the school in partnership with the charity Orphans in Need.
The charity came to him to ask if he wanted to help them raise money to build the school on land they had in Nepal. Donate to Emon's fundraiser here.
Emon told Manchester Evening News : "On the show we donated half of the money we won and it is something that is always instilled inside of me - what we witnessed out there.
"I just want to do what I can do to help more kids. The guys from Race Across the World wanted to get involved and do their own bit as well.
"I started this project about four months ago now with my Ramadan challenge and I have been doing various other challenges.
"I have raised about £18,000 so far. I have got the team together to raise money to build a school in Nepal."
Emon is also running the London Marathon on October 3.
On training for the runs, Emon said: "I only started running four months ago. I am the epitome of the lazy lad.
"I was fit as a fiddle on Race Across the World and then the lockdown happened. I just felt like I needed to get out and there and go running."
The team running the Manchester 10k are meeting at Emon's father's restaurant in Gatley near the race in the morning.
Everyone will run together and then come back to the restaurant for a buffet after the race.
Emon said he has always wanted to do the Manchester 10k but has got a smaller team together to do the Bradford 10k as well.

He hopes to raise £100,000 by October,31, to build the school in Nepal and will live stream the work being done from beginning to end.
Everyone running the Manchester 10k in Emon's team is using the hashtag #raceacrossManchester on social media.
