Ros Atkins has been reporting from outside Number 10, where Cabinet ministers are understood to be asking Boris Johnson to resign over his handling of the Chris Pincher scandal. But during his coverage, while he was explaining the current situation at Downing Street, the camera switched back to the BBC studio.
