BBC journalists in Leeds are today among thousands across the country taking part in strike action in a row over pensions.
The action - by the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) - will disrupt radio and television schedules. A handful of journalists and supporters were on the picket line at BBC Leeds in St Peter's Square just after 9am today.
NUJ members are due to walk out again for 48 hours on November 15 and 16 and have threatened stoppages over Christmas.
