Garden Rescue viewers have slammed the show's latest 'Italian garden' transformation, comparing the makeover to a "building site".
Viewers branded the finished result as "the worst garden rescue" they'd seen from the BBC programme, which sees homeowners enlist the help of gardening expert Charlie Dimmock and designers Harry and David Rich to revive their garden.
And they were left horrified by the £6,000 renovation cost which included £540 boulders and a £500 olive tree.

The programme, which had originally been broadcast during the Covid pandemic, featured Romsey couple Karen and Colin, who dreamed of transforming their garden into a "relaxing retreat" where Karen would be able to unwind after a stressful day in work.

It had been explained to the gardening professionals that her job was particularly "challenging" as she was a reverend in a hospital, which often involves end-of-life support.
The couple described their garden as a "total mess" and they hoped Charlie and the Rich Brothers could create an outdoor space with an "Italian feel," as they love Italy, as well as a space to entertain family and friends.
Following the big reveal, Karen and Colin were impressed with the transformation that had taken place, with their new garden described as "wonderful" when they first saw it, the Mirror reports.

However viewers of the show seemed less than impressed with the end result, taking to social media to share their disappointment.
One viewer tweeted: "I like parts of it but it looks unfinished." This sentiment was shared by others on Twitter last night.
"I said exactly the same," wrote one viewer, whilst another responded: "I know for 6k I was expecting a lot more."
Another viewer tweeted: "This is the worst #gardenrescue I've seen." Whilst one viewer posted screaming emojis and commented last night: "£500 for the olive tree."
"This is the worst garden rescue I've seen," one viewer fumed, as a second agreed: "It looks like a building site."
One viewer wrote: "Anyone seen #gardenrescue? I'd be like f*** if I came home and [someone] had done that to my garden. And it only cost £6,000, I honestly can't believe it."
