BBC gameshow Catchpoint on hunt for Edinburgh contestants to win £10,000

A BBC One game show is on the hunt for Edinburgh contestants who are willing to put their brains to the test on live television.

Catchpoint, hosted by TV presenter and comedian Paddy McGuinness, first aired earlier this year and is set to return to screens in 2020 - and you could appear on the show.

The physical game show sees teams of two go head-to-head in the ultimate battle of brains and balls, answering questions and catching balls, in a bid to win a £10,000 jackpot prize.

The show's co-producers, 12 Yard Productions, say they are looking for "lively intelligent and competitive personalities to take part" and will be hosting auditions throughout the UK in the coming weeks.

Paddy McGuinness said: "Series one was a blast with some cracking contestants and I’m looking forward to getting caught up in the excitement once again."

How to apply?

For your chance to appear on the show please visit the online application form  here.

The closing date for applications is: Friday 29 November 2019.
