BBC confirm third free-to-air match as Premier League fixture list updated

Manchester City's trip to Southampton on Sunday, July 5 will be the third free-to-air Premier League match broadcasted by the BBC.

Pep Guardiola's side head to St Mary's for a 7pm kick-off, with the match one of 21 games that will be free to watch for fans between now and July 13.

Bournemouth's clash with Crystal Palace this Saturday evening will be the first ever Premier League match that the BBC have shown live, while Norwich vs Everton will also be shown next Wednesday, June 24.

The other free-to-air matches will be spread between Sky Sports (via Sky Pick, Freeview channel 11), BT Sport and Amazon Prime.

The Premier League confirmed the latest batch of fixtures between July 4 and 13 on Thursday.

They are as follows:

Sunday July 5

  • 12pm: Burnley vs Sheffield United (Sky Sports/Sky Pick)
  • 2pm: Newcastle vs West Ham (Sky Sports)
  • 4.30pm: Liverpool vs Aston Villa (Sky Sports)
  • 7pm: Southampton vs Manchester City (BBC)
