New psychological thriller Chloe will land on BBC One tonight.

The six-part drama explores the theme of identity and follows a woman called Becky and her obsession with her estranged friend.

Clinging to her childhood friendship with Chloe, who she has not spoken to for 15 years, Becky is devastated when Chloe dies and takes on a new persona, Sasha, to create a new identity and infiltrate Chloe's friendship group.

The six-part series has an impressive cast list with The Crown's Erin Doherty playing Becky and her alter ego Sasha and Billy Howle, who starred in MotherFatherSon, taking on the role of Elliot Fairbourne. Erin has a famous partner who is also an actor.

Many tuning in tonight might be wondering where was Chloe filmed.

Here's everything you need to know about the locations ahead of Chloe's BBC One debut on Sunday, February 6 at 9pm.

Where was Chloe on BBC One filmed?

The thriller was filmed in Bristol and the surrounding region last year.

Many of the interior shots took place at The Bottle Yard Studios, where the production team set up headquarters.

This included Becky's flat and a Bristol gallery location where key scenes take place.

According to Bristol Live, other locations included the Bristol Marriot Royal Hotel on College Green, the exterior of St George's Hall on Great George Street, Bristol Beacon, the Royal West Academy on Queen's Road, The Forge in Colston Yard and Bristol's harbourside.

Further afield filming took place at Ston Easton Country Park in Somerset and Brean Down near Burnham on Sea.

Producer, Joanna Crow, said of the city: "Bristol is a city that carries Drama in its blood. The city is a theatre of opportunity with ready-made stages in its gorges, docks, colourful streets and vibrant harbourside, robustly supported by both the dynamic operation at The Bottle Yard Studios and the post facilities at The Farm.

"Chloe' has an idiosyncratic yet distinctively Bristol/South-West look and sound, but it’s thrilling story of obsession and grief is universally relatable."

Chloe starts on Sunday February 6 at 9pm on BBC One.
