Naga Munchetty has shared a rare insight into her home life by revealing that she’s a glutton for a ‘good sob’.
The BBC Breakfast host, 45, left fans concerned when she took to social media after Christmas to reveal that she was overcome with emotions and couldn’t stop crying.
As she settled down to watch some classic Christmas films, Naga found herself sobbing into the tissues after she indulged in the iconic romantic comedy PS: I Love You.
Taking to social media, the TV star admitted that she loves nothing more than a good cry at this time of year, and forced herself to get the tears out by watching the heartwrenching flick with stars Gerard Butler and Hilary Swank.
As she settled down for the evening, Naga took to Twitter to share a candid snap of two beverages alongside a box of tissues.

“Tonight's film. P.s. I Love You,” she penned, alongside a string of crying-face emojis.
After she admitted that she had cried uncontrollable hot tears, the much-loved presenter told her followers that she wasn’t finished just yet.
Naga then detailed the next devastating movie she had lined up.

"Glutton for a good sob... Now Stepmom,” she tweeted.
After she shared the rare insight into her home life, Naga’s admirers flocked to ask the TV star if she was doing okay.
“Hope you’re okay. These films always uproot so much emotion in me too,” tweeted one supportive fan.

“You good? I must be made of stone because I never cry that much lol,” another replied.
Meanwhile, a third penned: “Sobbing my eyes out too. Hope you feel better!”

And a third added: “Nothing better than a good cry is there? You may need a bigger box of tissues for Stepmom though.”
Naga enjoyed a chilled Christmas at home with husband James Haggar and their cats Xena, Missy and Bella.
The lovebirds have been married for 13 years after they tied the knot in 2007.
