Baywatch star Brooks Nader: I like a little chaos in my love life

Brooks Nader enjoys chaos in her love life

Brooks Nader needs "a little chaos" in her love life.

The 29-year-old beauty - who was previously married to advertising executive Billy Haire - has revealed that she actually prefers having chaos to "calm" in her love life.

She told E! News at Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit 2026 launch: "There would be so many waves. There'd probably be a tsunami."

Brooks - who has been linked to a string of high-profile names in recent months - explained that she doesn't enjoy too much stability and calm.

She said: "I like a little chaos. If it's too calm, I'm out."

Brooks, who finalised her divorce from Billy in 2025, said being single has been liberating.

The Sports Illustrated model told E! News in a previous interview: "You can do whatever you want when you're single. Not having to answer to anybody, not having to explain yourself if you're seen talking or flirting with a guy, dating multiple people."

Brooks stars in the upcoming Baywatch reboot, and the blonde beauty recently revealed that she underwent lifeguard training in preparation for her role.

The TV star appears alongside the likes of Stephen Amell, Shay Mitchell, and Livvy Dunne in the much-anticipated Baywatch reboot, and Brooks revealed that she and her co-stars became "full certified lifeguards" in preparation for the show.

Speaking to People, Brooks shared: "We did three or four weeks of lifeguard training, swim training.

"You have to because one of the founders of Baywatch, the franchise, told us day one when we were learning CPR. He was like, ‘Actually pay attention to the skill of CPR and how you actually administer it because we've had hundreds of letters a day sent to the Baywatch franchise from people all over the world saying, 'I saved my daughter's life because I watched Baywatch and I learned CPR.'"

Brooks actually felt a weight of responsibility while she was undergoing the training.

She shared: "I felt a responsibility to take the training seriously because you really don't know who you could be saving that's watching at home."
