Serge Gnabry revels in Tottenham thrashing: I bet Arsenal fans enjoyed that one!

Serge Gnabry says he expects Arsenal fans to have enjoyed his four-goal haul as Bayern Munich thrashed Tottenham on Tuesday evening.

The former Gunner was the standout performer as the German giants scored seven, five of which came in the second half, in a Champions League mauling.

The match marked the first time in their history that Spurs have conceded seven at home, as the malaise surrounding the club hit a new record low in front of their own fans.

"It's difficult to put this into words, winning 7-2," Gnabry told Sky in Germany.

"None of us would have imagined this.

"To have scored four goals is also an amazing feeling. I imagine all the Arsenal fans enjoyed that one!

"Obviously it’s great for us, we’re going to enjoy the evening."

Gnabry spent five years at Arsenal before being sold to Werder Bremen in 2016 in a deal worth around £5million.
