Bayern Munich squad to face Arsenal revealed as German champions arrive in Los Angeles

Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich have arrived in Los Angeles ahead of facing Arsenal in the International Champions Cup.

Their match is set to take place at the Dignity Health Sports Park on July 17 and will see Unai Emery take on Niko Kovac.

Both head coaches are spending the summer preparing for their second seasons in charge at their respective clubs with the German title-winners hoping for glory in the Champions League while the Gunners aim to return to their competition next year.

Arsenal play Colorado Rapids prior to facing Bayern and travelled to Denver from Los Angeles on July 15 to face the Stan Kroenke-owned Major League Soccer franchise.

In a video posted to the official Twitter account of the Bundesliga giants, stars such as Manuel Neuer, Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller could be seen preparing to board a plane to take them from Munich to the west coast of the USA.

The travelling squad consists of seasoned first team regulars and youngsters given the chance to train and play with the senior side this summer.

Ex-Gunner Serge Gnabry could play a role against his old club as Kovac seeks to secure a morale-boosting win over Emery and his players.

French defender Benjamin Pavard was linked with Tottenham Hotspur prior to agreeing a move to Bayern this summer while young forward Jann-Fiete Arp was even compared with Harry Kane.

Bayern's full squad from which they will select their team to face Arsenal is as follows.

Neuer, Sule, Pavard, Thiago, Martinez, Lewandowski, Arp, Boateng, Goretzka, Gnabry, Tolisso, Muller, Davies, Ulreich, Alaba, Coman, Kimmich Sanches, Hoffmann, Ontuzans, Zauser, Singh, Poznanski, Mihaljevic, Johansson, Kehl and Stiller.
