Battered Bengals list 7 players out vs. Jaguars

The Cincinnati Bengals are an injured mess heading into Week 7 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Suspended left tackle Cordy Glenn is one of the seven declared out, obviously. But the other six are just as important.

Present among those declared out is A.J. Green and two offensive linemen who would otherwise start, John Miller and Andre Smith. That means John Jerry at left tackle and Alex Redmond at right guard.

Also out are starting corners Dre Kirkpatrick and William Jackson. Also defensively, pass-rusher Carl Lawson reaggravated his hamstring last week and is out. Carlos Dunlap is listed as doubtful and coaches said they don’t expect him to go — so effectively eight players are out.

In other words, the Bengals won’t have much in the way of depth Sunday against a Jaguars team that only listed two players as out on a brief injury report by comparison.
